Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we work directly with local florists, just around the corner from the
delivery address. We can accept same day delivery almost everywhere. The cut off
time for same day delivery is 4.00 PM ( IST ) , and you will be advised during
the buying process if it is not possible.
Where can I send flowers and gifts?
You can send flowers and gifts to any city listed in the Delivery Cities
coloum . We currently send flowers & gifts to approximately 100 cities in India
.
Do the flowers come with a vase or basket ?
Yes, a vase or basket is included in the price unless specified in the product
description.
Do the Flowers look the same as shown in the Photographs ?
Flower arrangements delivered may not be exactly the same as those shown on the
site. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly the similar arrangement
but because of seasonal and location constraints, we may need to substitute some
flowers. Although, we promise that the number of flowers will be the same and
the value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on
the site. Products seen may vary from original flowers in terms of availability.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you experience any problems when
you try to place an order please contact our customer service team at

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged as soon as you place your order .
Is my credit card details safe ?
You do not enter your credit card details on our site . After you place an order
, you are redirected to the secure payment gateways and here you enter your
credit card details and process the payments .
